Terms of Service
Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dwell Psychological Services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
1. Definitions
Service: Includes therapy sessions, telehealth consultations, workshops, and mental health resources provided by Dwell Psychological Services.
Client: Any individual accessing or using the Service.
Confidential Information: Personal, medical, and mental health data shared with the Service that is protected under privacy laws.
2. Eligibility and Use
Services are available to individuals aged 18+ or minors with parent/guardian consent or seeking services without parent/guardian consent, with exceptions in Michigan under Michigan Compiled Law Section 330.1707 and under other laws as appropriate.
Users must provide accurate information and may not engage in prohibited activities, including harassment, fraudulent behavior, or attempts to access restricted areas.
3. Service Description and Disclaimer
Dwell Psychological Services offers mental health and wellness services for educational and therapeutic support.

4. Payment Terms
Fees for services, billing cycles, accepted payment methods, and refund policies will be clearly communicated before services begin.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal and mental health data are handled according to our Privacy Policy and HIPAA regulations.
Clients consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All educational content, proprietary materials, and online resources remain the property of Dwell Psychological Services.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dwell Psychological Services SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
8. Termination
The Service may suspend or terminate client access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other conduct deemed inappropriate.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Michigan law governs these Terms.
Clients agree to resolve disputes through mediation or, if necessary, arbitration in Michigan courts.
10. Amendments
Dwell Psychological Services reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
11. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
